The BizWiz kit consists out of :

• Insurance cards (real estate and collectibles)
• BizWiz board
• Envelope with BizWorld address for returning results and evaluations.

Part 1
Pre-assessment and introduction

Part 2
Setting up investment teams (Analysts, traders and controllers)

Part 3
Types of investment; Shares (dividend for difficulty level 3), venture capital, real estate, bonds, insurance and diversification. High investment risk is black and low investment risk is white. Goal is to set up a grey portfolio.

Part 4
Building a portfolio. Each team starts with 200 BE starting capital. Economic forecast; long term and 1st quarter (3 levels) are given. Quarterly analysis are recorded by students. Initial investments are done with buy/sell tickets. All transactions are recorded in the trading ledgers and financial worksheets.

Part 5
Time to BizWiz Quarter 2. Economic forecast; long term and 2nd quarter are given (using same level as in Quarter 1). Quarterly analysis are recorded by students. Investments are done with buy/sell tickets, students can also trade amongst each other. All transactions are recorded in the trading ledgers and financial worksheets.

Part 6
Time to BizWiz Quarter 3 and 4. Economic forecast; long term and 3rd and 4th quarter are given (using same level as in Quarter 1 & 2). Quarterly analysis are recorded by students. Investments are done with buy/sell tickets, students can also trade amongst each other. All transactions are recorded in the trading ledgers and financial worksheets.

Part 7 Post assessment and evaluation. Distribution of Certificates of completion.
